Second-Party NoticesCommunity Electric Cooperative offers second-party notification. This service allows for a second party to be notified of the potential discontinuance of electrical service. This service can be utilized by the elderly or disabled to ensure that a friend, neighbor, or relative is notified if service is nearing disconnection. If you are not taking advantage of this service but wish to do so, please complete the following form and return it to the Cooperative.
