Community Electric Cooperative is a member-owned,
not-for-profit rural electric utility headquartered in Windsor, Virginia. The
Cooperative provides electric distribution service to approximately 10,800 residential and
commercial accounts in the rural parts of the City of Suffolk, Isle of Wight and
Southampton Counties, along with portions of Sussex and Surry Counties. Community Electric Cooperative The Cooperative is located at the intersection of Routes 460 and 258 within the Town of Windsor.
