Community Electric Cooperative is a member-owned, not-for-profit rural electric utility headquartered in Windsor, Virginia. The Cooperative provides electric distribution service to approximately 10,800 residential and commercial accounts in the rural parts of the City of Suffolk, Isle of Wight and Southampton Counties, along with portions of Sussex and Surry Counties.

The Cooperative is located at 52 W. Windsor Blvd., Windsor, VA, at the intersection of Routes 460 and 258 within the Town of Windsor. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., telephone 757-242-6181, fax 757-242-3923. Outside of normal business hours, outages may be reported by calling our toll-free number, 855-700-COOP (2667).
